1. What you're agreeing to

These Terms of Service govern your use of Life Lighthouse ("the Lighthouse," "we," "us"), including the website at https://mylifelighthouse.com and any related products, services, or digital content. By creating an account, purchasing a Founding Keeper spot, downloading a resource, or otherwise using the Lighthouse, you agree to these terms.

2. The product

Life Lighthouse is a digital household operating system. Access is delivered online; nothing physical is shipped. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service according to the plan you selected.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Founding Keeper pricing is a one-time payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change for future offers; your purchase locks in the price at the time of checkout.

4. No refunds — all sales final

Because Life Lighthouse is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once digital access is granted.

If you experience a genuine technical failure on our end — such as a duplicate charge or a confirmed checkout error — contact us at hello@mylifelighthouse.com and we'll make it right.

EU/UK buyers: Where applicable law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right once you access or download the product.

5. Customer support

We're here to help with login issues, failed downloads, billing questions, and technical problems. Reach us at hello@mylifelighthouse.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

6. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your account with others. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know immediately.

7. Intellectual property

All content, code, designs, and materials in the Lighthouse are owned by Life Lighthouse and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the product.

8. Limitation of liability

Life Lighthouse is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated terms here with a revised date. Continued use of the Lighthouse after changes means you accept the updated terms.
